Is there really no contract?
Really. Every plan is monthly rolling. Cancel in one click inside settings — no phone call, no retention script, no notice period. A discount never quietly locks you into a term.
What counts as a "chair"?
A chair is one working professional with their own diary — employed or renting. You set the number in settings; add or remove chairs whenever your team changes and your next invoice follows.
How do card payments work?
Take payments in person or online through Stripe Connect. You pay 1.9% + 5p in person, 2.5% + 5p online. We publish the split: interchange and scheme fees cost us about 1.2%, we keep about 0.7%. No per-booking commission on new clients.
What happens when I hit my SMS allowance?
We pause and ask — we never auto-spend. Every plan pools 250 SMS/WhatsApp per chair each month, and smart routing sends free email and push first. Over the allowance, SMS is 8p a segment, itemised on your invoice. You set the cap.
Is the 30-day free trial really free?
Yes. No card needed to start, and we will not bill you when the trial ends unless you choose to continue. Concierge migration from your current system is free on every plan.
Can chair renters keep their own client book?
On the Salon plan you choose shared, sealed-per-renter, or mixed books at setup — sealed isolation is enforced in the database, not a toggle. Renters who leave can take their book with them.
