Roadmap

Built in the open.

We attack roadmap drift by showing you the plan. Here is everything in flight for UK hair & beauty — what has shipped, what we are building now, and what is next. Shipped items roll into the changelog.

Backend API & multi-tenant core

The first thing we built, and the thing everything else stands on. A multi-tenant API where every chair's data is sealed from every other chair's by default, with roles, audit and the diary, queue and till model behind it. Boring on the surface, and that is the point: your clients and takings are nobody else's business.

ConsoleShipped

Web console: diary, queue & till

Run the floor from a browser. The console brings the diary, the live walk-in queue and the till together in one place, so a gap in the book becomes a bookable slot and a finished appointment becomes a clean line in the day's takings. Built for the front desk first, then everyone else.

Salon admin & onboarding

Getting set up should take an afternoon, not a fortnight. We are building the admin side: your salon profile, chairs, renters, staff and permissions, alongside a self-serve onboarding flow that walks a new owner from sign-up to a working diary. Free concierge migration is part of this when you bring data across.

SchedulingIn progress

Scheduling & policies

Every chair works differently, so the rules live with the chair. This is the scheduling layer: opening hours, services and durations, breaks, deposits and cancellation policies, set per renter and applied consistently across the diary, the queue and online booking when it lands.

MarketingIn progress

Public site, pricing & roadmap

We think the site should be part of the product's trust story, not a brochure bolted on the side. That means published payment and SMS economics with no asterisks, a roadmap you can see, and a changelog that shows what actually shipped. This page is part of that work.

BookingPlanned

Online booking

Your clients should be able to book you directly, at any hour, and land in the right diary with the right policy applied. Online booking gives every chair its own page (services, real availability, deposits and cancellation terms) so the person gets the stylist they came for, not a salon-wide queue.

MobilePlanned

iPhone & Android apps

Salonomy is mobile-app-first by design. The native apps put the diary, the live queue and client comms in your pocket, so you can check the book on the bus, open a gap to the queue between clients, and message a customer without being chained to a tablet on the front desk.

BillingPlanned

Subscription billing

The pricing is already public; this is the plumbing that makes it self-serve. Pick a plan, pay monthly, and change or leave whenever you like: no contract, no minimum term, and no "call us to cancel". Per-chair billing for salons, a flat fee for solo, and a group plan for multi-site owners.

Missing something your salon needs?

We build with the trade, not at it. Tell us what would make your day easier and it goes on the list — you vote, we ship, and it lands in the changelog.
